Tragic Motorcycle Accident Claims the Life of Jackson Fimple

Wayne County Motorcyclist Succumbs to Injuries

Devastating Collision on US 30

In a heartbreaking turn of events, a young motorcyclist identified as Jackson Fimple, 21, of East Canton, lost his life on Thursday evening after a tragic motorcycle accident in Sugar Creek Township, Wayne County.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Fimple was traveling westbound on a motorcycle on US 30 near Wenger Road when he collided with the rear of a Dodge Durango that was slowing down to make a turn.

The impact of the collision ejected Fimple from his motorcycle, and he landed in the grassy median. Despite the efforts of first responders, who transported him to Aultman Orrville Hospital, Fimple succumbed to his injuries.

The preliminary investigation indicates that Fimple was driving in the left lane at the time of the accident. The driver of the Dodge Durango, a 21-year-old male, was not injured.

The tragic loss of Jackson Fimple has left his family and friends devastated. He was a young man with a bright future ahead of him, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.
